Solvent-free, two-component, clear epoxy concrete primer and impregnation.
A 100% solids (solvent-free), two-component, clear concrete primer made of epoxy resin and hardener. Its excellent penetration fills the capillary pores of concrete, increases surface strength and forms a strong adhesion bridge for subsequent epoxy and polyurethane coats.

Utilisation et application
DOMAINES D’UTILISATION
Used as a primer coat on cured concrete, terrazzo, ceramic tiles and metal to give floor coatings strong adhesion.
PRÉPARATION DE SURFACE ET APPLICATION
New concrete must be cured for at least 28 days; surface moisture must not exceed 4%. Remove weak surface layers, laitance, oil, curing compounds and old coating residues by milling, shot-blasting or diamond grinding; remove the dust with an industrial vacuum. Repair cracks and holes with epoxy repair mortar. Mix components A and B with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous (at least 2–3 minutes) and apply the mix within its pot life. Apply the primer by roller or brush so that it impregnates the surface; on rough surfaces it can be mixed 1:1 with 0.2–0.5 mm silica sand and used as a trowelled levelling coat. Apply the next coat within 24 hours at the latest. Ambient and floor temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and relative humidity below 80%; floor temperature must be kept at least 3 °C above the dew point.
