Solvent-free epoxy topcoat with an orange-peel finish for slip resistance.
A two-component, solvent-free epoxy topcoat giving an orange-peel finish. Its textured surface reduces the risk of slipping while offering high surface hardness, water and chemical resistance and easy cleaning.

Utilisation et application
DOMAINES D’UTILISATION
Used where mechanical resistance is required: production and storage areas with forklift traffic, loading ramps, supermarkets, multi-storey and underground car parks, exhibition halls.
PRÉPARATION DE SURFACE ET APPLICATION
New concrete must be cured for at least 28 days; surface moisture must not exceed 4%. Remove weak surface layers, laitance, oil, curing compounds and old coating residues by milling, shot-blasting or diamond grinding; remove the dust with an industrial vacuum. Repair cracks and holes with epoxy repair mortar. Prime the surface with 640 Genfloor Primer; repair cracks and pits with epoxy filler. Mix components A and B with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous (at least 2–3 minutes) and apply the mix within its pot life. Apply by brush or roller. Ambient and floor temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and relative humidity below 80%; floor temperature must be kept at least 3 °C above the dew point.
