Utilisation et application
DOMAINES D’UTILISATION
Used on ceramic walls, in laboratories, hospitals, food plants, thermal pools, water tanks, treatment plants, toilets and on surfaces of industrial facilities exposed to chemicals.
PRÉPARATION DE SURFACE ET APPLICATION
New concrete must be cured for at least 28 days; surface moisture must not exceed 4%. Remove weak surface layers, laitance, oil, curing compounds and old coating residues by milling, shot-blasting or diamond grinding; remove the dust with an industrial vacuum. Repair cracks and holes with epoxy repair mortar. Prime the surface with 640 Genfloor Primer (641 on ceramic tiles). Mix components A and B with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous (at least 2–3 minutes) and apply the mix within its pot life. Spread with a squeegee and notched trowel. Ambient and floor temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and relative humidity below 80%; floor temperature must be kept at least 3 °C above the dew point.
DOMAINES D’APPLICATION
→ Pharmaceutical, Hospital and Laboratory
→ Chemical, Petrochemical and Treatment
Technical data are average values at 20 °C and 65% relative humidity. Coverage varies with surface roughness, application method and film thickness. Consult the Gen Boya technical team for project-specific system design.
POINTS FORTS
— High chemical resistance
— Hygienic, non-porous surface
— Self-levelling structure
— Solvent-free
