Solvent-free, hygienic epoxy wall and surface coating cured with cycloaliphatic polyamine.
A two-component, solvent-free coating based on epoxy resin and cured with a cycloaliphatic polyamine. Its odourless nature allows safe application in facilities that remain in operation.

Utilisation et application
DOMAINES D’UTILISATION
Can be applied in factories, warehouses, shopping centres, workshops, aircraft hangars, schools, hospitals, the pharmaceutical and food sectors, laboratories, car parks, treatment plants and areas where corrosive chemicals are used.
PRÉPARATION DE SURFACE ET APPLICATION
The surface must be sound, clean and dry. Prime the surface with 640 Genfloor Primer. Mix components A and B with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous (at least 2–3 minutes) and apply the mix within its pot life. Apply by roller or brush. Ambient and floor temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and relative humidity below 80%; floor temperature must be kept at least 3 °C above the dew point.

Technical data are average values at 20 °C and 65% relative humidity. Coverage varies with surface roughness, application method and film thickness. Consult the Gen Boya technical team for project-specific system design.
