Gen Exposed Concrete Primer

It is a special primer that increases the adhesion strength of plaster and similar coatings to be applied on very hard, smooth structures with low adhesion to the surface (such as Exposed Concrete).

Surface Preparation and Application Method

Before application, any oil, grease, rust and paraffin residues that may weaken the adhesion must be removed from the surface and there must be no loose particles on the surface. It is diluted with 30-50% water according to the desired consistency and mixed for 3-5 minutes to obtain a homogeneous and lump-free mixture, then applied to the previously prepared surface with an exterior roller in one layer. The product should be mixed at certain intervals during application.

Dilution / Mixing Ratio

It should be applied by diluting with max. 10-30% water.

Paintable (Coatable) Area

Depending on the absorbency of the surface to be applied, a 4m2 area can be primed with 1 kg of primer.

Drying Time

Complete Drying Time: Completes in minimum 24 hours.

Recommended Application Appliances

Roller or brush
