Surface Preparation and Application Method

On surfaces to be applied for the first time, dirty or loose textures, and on old painted surfaces, swollen and dusty parts should be cleaned and primed with Gen Silicone Exterior Primer. After the primer application, it is recommended to apply Genelasto diluted with 10-15% water with a roller while preparing the surface. On the application of Genelasto diluted as a base coat, undiluted Genelasto is applied as a single coat as the final coat. It is recommended to wash the surface of raw plastered surfaces with high lime content by mixing 1 part vinegar with 1 part water before applying primer and paint. Cracks should be filled with Gen Wall Paste. Application should not be done below 5°C.
