Surface Preparation and Application Method

The application surfaces should be cleaned of any substance that will reduce adhesion. Metal surfaces should be ideally sandblasted to at least Sa2 ½ and primed with Rapid Primer within 6 hours. After the primer has dried (after 2 hours), the final coat is applied. The surface temperature should be at least 10°C. Application should not be done on surfaces around the dew point or on wet or damp surfaces.
