Gen GP-501 Solvent Based Insulation Material
It is a transparent insulation material that is applied to old and new concrete surfaces, filling the capillary gaps of the concrete and creating a waterproof and dust-free floor.
When applied to unvarnished raw wooden surfaces, it impregnates the wood. It helps protect the wood by filling the capillary gaps on surfaces that are constantly in contact with water and moisture.
Surface Preparation and Application Method
GP-501 Transparent Impregnation should be applied without dilution with a spray, roller or brush until the surface is saturated. On very absorbent surfaces, the material should be applied in two or three layers at a maximum interval of 4 hours. Care should be taken to ensure that the material does not run on the surface. After application, tools should be cleaned with thinner.
Dilution / Mixing Ratio
It is ready to use. It should be mixed before use.
Paintable (Coatable) Area
It may vary depending on the absorbency of the surface. 8 - 16 m² area can be applied in one coat with 1 litre.
Drying Time
Complete Drying Time: Min. 24 Hours. Waiting Time Between Coats: Min. 4 Hours.
