Gen Lux Synthetic
It is an alkyd binder based, luxurious, glossy synthetic top coat paint.
Surface Preparation and Application Method
On the wooden surface to be applied, knots should be burned and old paint, if any, should be scraped and sanded. Then, it should be primed with Gen Synthetic Primer. Repairs are made with Gen Wood Putty and primed with Gen Synthetic Primer. After cleaning dirt, rust and oils on metal surfaces, it is primed with Sür Antirust. It is recommended to apply in 2 layers. 1 day should be waited between layers.
Dilution / Mixing Ratio
It should be applied in at least 2 coats by diluting with max. 5% synthetic thinner.
Paintable (Coatable) Area
15 m²/L in one coat.
Drying Time
Complete Drying Time: Min. 24 Hours. Waiting Time Between Coats: Min. 4 Hours.
