Gene Transition
It is a single component, acrylic emulsion based surface agent used to increase the adherence of the surface and to create a rough surface for the material to be applied. It provides adhesion strength by creating a rough surface for bonding ceramics on flat and shiny surfaces such as ceramics and marble.
Surface Preparation and Application Method
The surface must be dry, clean, solid and free from dust, oil, dirt or materials that prevent adhesion must be cleaned from the surface, and materials such as mortar and cement residues must be scraped off. It must be mixed until homogeneous before use. The surface and ambient temperature must be between +5°C and +35°C during application.
Dilution / Mixing Ratio
It is ready to use. No foreign substances such as water should be added.
Paintable (Coatable) Area
The recommended consumption amount for 1 m2, approximately 1 mm thickness, is 0.15 - 0.20 kg. This value may vary depending on the surface and environmental conditions.
Drying Time
Complete Drying Time: Min. 24 Hours. Waiting Time Between Coats: Min. 4 Hours.
