SOLVENT-FREE EPOXY FLOOR PAINT
Epoxy resin based, two-component, cycloaliphatic polyamine cured, solvent-free epoxy based
is the coating material.
Surface Preparation and Application Method
The weak parts of the application surfaces should be cleaned by milling, sandblasting or sanding.
If the surface is too shiny , it should be roughened with milling or sandblasting to increase the specific surface.
If there is oil on the surface , it should be burned, dirt and dust should be vacuumed. Cleaned surfaces should be treated with Solvent-Free Epoxy.
Primed with primer (GENFLOOR 640). Solvent-free epoxy at the latest 24 hours after primer application.
Floor paint (GENFLOOR TOPCOAT 659) is applied.

Not thinned. By weight: A/B :4/1
Paintable (Coatable) Area
1.50 kg for 1 mm thickness.
Drying Time
Dust Dry: 6-8 hours at 23°C. Touch Dry: 10-12 hours at 23°C. Full Dry: 7 days at 23°C.
