Genfloor Primer Impregnation SB
2K · Solvent-borne epoxy · Impregnation
Solvent-borne, low-viscosity epoxy impregnating primer that penetrates deep into concrete hairline cracks.
A high-solids, two-component, low-viscosity impregnating concrete primer made of solvent-borne epoxy resin and hardener. Its solvent-borne nature allows it to penetrate well into the hairline cracks of concrete.

Use and Application
AREAS OF USE
Used on cured concrete, terrazzo, ceramic tiles and metal surfaces to give floor coatings strong adhesion.
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
New concrete must be cured for at least 28 days; surface moisture must not exceed 4%. Remove weak surface layers, laitance, oil, curing compounds and old coating residues by milling, shot-blasting or diamond grinding; remove the dust with an industrial vacuum. Repair cracks and holes with epoxy repair mortar. Mix components A and B with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous (at least 2–3 minutes) and apply the mix within its pot life. Apply by roller or brush until the surface is saturated. Ambient and floor temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and relative humidity below 80%; floor temperature must be kept at least 3 °C above the dew point.
Technical data are average values at 20 °C and 65% relative humidity. Coverage varies with surface roughness, application method and film thickness. Consult the Gen Boya technical team for project-specific system design.
KEY FEATURES
— Low viscosity, high penetration
— Deep penetration into hairline cracks
— Consolidates the surface against dusting
— Fully compatible with epoxy systems
