Flexible, solvent-free epoxy concrete impregnation and adhesion bridge cured with modified polyamide.
A two-component, solvent-free concrete primer based on epoxy resin and cured with a modified polyamide hardener. With its low viscosity and flexible structure it acts as the binding component in the protection of concrete surfaces.

Use and Application
AREAS OF USE
Used before epoxy and polyurethane topcoats to wet the concrete surface and provide a good adhesion bridge.
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
New concrete must be cured for at least 28 days; surface moisture must not exceed 4%. Remove weak surface layers, laitance, oil, curing compounds and old coating residues by milling, shot-blasting or diamond grinding; remove the dust with an industrial vacuum. Repair cracks and holes with epoxy repair mortar. Mix components A and B with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous (at least 2–3 minutes) and apply the mix within its pot life. Apply by roller as a thin, even film. Ambient and floor temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and relative humidity below 80%; floor temperature must be kept at least 3 °C above the dew point.
Technical data are average values at 20 °C and 65% relative humidity. Coverage varies with surface roughness, application method and film thickness. Consult the Gen Boya technical team for project-specific system design.
