Use and Application
AREAS OF USE
Applied in warehouses, factories and workshops with forklift, loader and heavy vehicle traffic, and in production and packaging areas.
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
New concrete must be cured for at least 28 days; surface moisture must not exceed 4%. Remove weak surface layers, laitance, oil, curing compounds and old coating residues by milling, shot-blasting or diamond grinding; remove the dust with an industrial vacuum. Repair cracks and holes with epoxy repair mortar. Prime the surface with 645 Genfloor Primer Flex. Mix components A and B with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous (at least 2–3 minutes) and apply the mix within its pot life. Apply by trowel and squeegee. Ambient and floor temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and relative humidity below 80%; floor temperature must be kept at least 3 °C above the dew point.
APPLICATION AREAS
→ Factories and Production Plants
→ Warehouses and Logistics Centres
Technical data are average values at 20 °C and 65% relative humidity. Coverage varies with surface roughness, application method and film thickness. Consult the Gen Boya technical team for project-specific system design.
