A solvent-free, self-levelling, epoxy-based coating with high mechanical strength and chemical resistance. Once fully cured it resists water, salt solutions, alkalis, dilute acids, petrol and mineral oils.

Use and Application
AREAS OF USE
Used in car service stations and car parks, warehouses and bonded stores, textile workshops and factories, machinery manufacturing and assembly, electronics, automotive, food and paper plants, bottling and filling plants and laboratories.
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
New concrete must be cured for at least 28 days; surface moisture must not exceed 4%. Remove weak surface layers, laitance, oil, curing compounds and old coating residues by milling, shot-blasting or diamond grinding; remove the dust with an industrial vacuum. Repair cracks and holes with epoxy repair mortar. Prime the surface with 640 Genfloor Primer. Mix components A and B with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous (at least 2–3 minutes) and apply the mix within its pot life. Spread with a squeegee and notched trowel and de-aerate with a spiked roller. Ambient and floor temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and relative humidity below 80%; floor temperature must be kept at least 3 °C above the dew point.
