AREAS OF USE
Used on industrial floors, in hospitals, operating theatres, laboratories, production and storage areas, and in areas with sensitive electrical and electronic equipment and explosion risk.
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
The system is applied over 640 Genfloor Primer and 647 Conductive Primer. Mix components A and B with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous (at least 2–3 minutes) and apply the mix within its pot life. Spread with a squeegee and notched trowel and de-aerate with a spiked roller. Ambient and floor temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and relative humidity below 80%; floor temperature must be kept at least 3 °C above the dew point.
APPLICATION AREAS
→ Pharmaceutical, Hospital and Laboratory
→ Aircraft Hangars and Defence Industry
Technical data are average values at 20 °C and 65% relative humidity. Coverage varies with surface roughness, application method and film thickness. Consult the Gen Boya technical team for project-specific system design.
KEY FEATURES
— Controlled dissipation of static electricity
— Safety in areas with explosion risk
— Seamless, hygienic surface
— Solvent-free
