Use and Application
AREAS OF USE
Used as a topcoat on ceramic walls, in laboratories, hospitals, food plants, swimming pools and water tanks, toilets and on vertical surfaces of industrial facilities exposed to chemicals.
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
The surface must be sound, clean and dry; use 641 Ceramic Surface Primer on ceramic tiles. Mix components A and B with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous (at least 2–3 minutes) and apply the mix within its pot life. Apply by roller or brush. Ambient and floor temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and relative humidity below 80%; floor temperature must be kept at least 3 °C above the dew point.
APPLICATION AREAS
→ Pharmaceutical, Hospital and Laboratory
→ Chemical, Petrochemical and Treatment
Technical data are average values at 20 °C and 65% relative humidity. Coverage varies with surface roughness, application method and film thickness. Consult the Gen Boya technical team for project-specific system design.
