Genfloor Epoxy Topcoat Varnish

Crystal-gloss, clear, solvent-free epoxy varnish for concrete and other surfaces.
A two-component, crystal-gloss, clear concrete varnish made of modified epoxy resin and hardener. It is also an excellent protective coat for metal and steel-reinforced surfaces.

Use and Application
AREAS OF USE
Main areas of use are factories, shopping centres, aircraft and helicopter hangars, schools, hospitals, the pharmaceutical and food sectors, laboratories and treatment plants.
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
The surface must be sound, clean and dry. Mix components A and B with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous (at least 2–3 minutes) and apply the mix within its pot life. Apply by roller in thin, even coats. Ambient and floor temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and relative humidity below 80%; floor temperature must be kept at least 3 °C above the dew point.

Technical data are average values at 20 °C and 65% relative humidity. Coverage varies with surface roughness, application method and film thickness. Consult the Gen Boya technical team for project-specific system design.
