Air-drying, single-component acrylic primer / topcoat with zinc phosphate pigment.

An air-drying, single-component primer / topcoat based on acrylic resin and containing zinc phosphate pigment. A single product provides both corrosion protection and a topcoat finish, simplifying production.

Uso y aplicación

USOS

Used in the wind energy sector, electric motor and gearbox manufacturing, the automotive supply industry, on steel surfaces in industrial plants and on the external surfaces of plastic pipes.

 

PREPARACIÓN DE SUPERFICIE Y APLICACIÓN

The surface must be clean and dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, rust, salts and any contamination that could reduce adhesion. Surface temperature must be at least 3 °C above the dew point; do not apply on wet or damp surfaces. Adjust to application viscosity with 017 Gen Acrylic Thinner and apply.

Technical data are average values at 20 °C and 65% relative humidity. Coverage varies with surface roughness, application method and film thickness. Consult the Gen Boya technical team for project-specific system design.
