USOS
Used in production and storage areas with forklift traffic, loading ramps, supermarkets, multi-storey and underground car parks, exhibition halls.
PREPARACIÓN DE SUPERFICIE Y APLICACIÓN
New concrete must be cured for at least 28 days; surface moisture must not exceed 4%. Remove weak surface layers, laitance, oil, curing compounds and old coating residues by milling, shot-blasting or diamond grinding; remove the dust with an industrial vacuum. Repair cracks and holes with epoxy repair mortar. Prime the surface with 640 Genfloor Primer; apply the topcoat within 24 hours of priming. Mix components A and B with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous (at least 2–3 minutes) and apply the mix within its pot life. Apply by roller, trowel or squeegee. Ambient and floor temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and relative humidity below 80%; floor temperature must be kept at least 3 °C above the dew point.
