Surface-tolerant, self-priming, high-build epoxy mastic coating with zinc phosphate.
A two-component, surface-tolerant, high-build, self-priming mastic coating based on epoxy resin with anticorrosive zinc phosphate pigment. It provides reliable protection in maintenance work where ideal blast cleaning is not possible.

Utilisation et application
DOMAINES D’UTILISATION
Used on new steel and on sound, previously painted surfaces prepared by water jetting or wet abrasive blasting; for maintenance painting.
PRÉPARATION DE SURFACE ET APPLICATION
The surface must be clean and dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, rust, salts and any contamination that could reduce adhesion. Prepare new steel by abrasive blasting and previously painted surfaces by water jetting or wet abrasive blasting; remove loose and blistered old paint. Stir components A and B separately, combine them at the specified ratio and mix with a mechanical mixer until homogeneous. Surface temperature must be at least 3 °C above the dew point; do not apply on wet or damp surfaces.
