Two-component, high-solids epoxy anti-corrosive primer with zinc phosphate and excellent adhesion.
A two-component, epoxy-based, high-solids anti-rust primer containing zinc phosphate. It has excellent adhesion and is used on steel structures, machinery and especially where heavy industrial or marine atmospheres demand high corrosion resistance.

ОБЛАСТИ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ
Hull, deck, hold and superstructure steel; offshore and port structures; steel structures, machinery and equipment exposed to heavy marine atmosphere.
ПОДГОТОВКА ПОВЕРХНОСТИ И НАНЕСЕНИЕ
Blast steel to ISO 8501-1 Sa 2½ (roughness 40–75 µm) and remove salts, grease and dust. St 3 power-tool cleaning may be used for local repairs. Mix components A and B mechanically and apply by airless spray, brush or roller. Steel surface temperature must be at least 3 °C above the dew point and relative humidity below 85%. Use the mixture within its pot life.
Technical data are average values at 20 °C and 65% relative humidity. Coverage varies with surface roughness, application method and film thickness. Consult the Gen Boya technical team for project-specific paint specifications and system design.
