Применение и нанесение
ОБЛАСТИ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ
Used on machine chassis, equipment housings, steel components and all industrial metal surfaces where a matt finish is required.
ПОДГОТОВКА ПОВЕРХНОСТИ И НАНЕСЕНИЕ
The surface must be clean and dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, rust, salts and any contamination that could reduce adhesion. Metal surfaces must be abrasive blast-cleaned to at least Sa 2½ according to ISO 8501-1 and primed with 504 Gen Rapid Primer or 505 Gen Anticorrosive Rapid Primer within 6 hours of blasting. Adjust to application viscosity with 015 Gen Industrial Thinner and apply. Surface temperature must be at least 3 °C above the dew point; do not apply on wet or damp surfaces.
