Weldable, fast-drying epoxy pre-fabrication (shop) primer with zinc phosphate.
A two-component pre-fabrication primer based on epoxy resin, cured with a polyamide hardener and containing anticorrosive zinc phosphate pigment, used for temporary corrosion protection of steel during fabrication. It gives high adhesion and good corrosion resistance on sheet steel and is weldable.

ОБЛАСТИ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ
Used on all metal surfaces exposed to water, seawater, chemicals and abrasion, for metal protection in general industry and machinery, and for pre-fabrication priming of steel plates and profiles.
ПОДГОТОВКА ПОВЕРХНОСТИ И НАНЕСЕНИЕ
Before application, remove dust, rust, oil and other contaminants. Prepare the surface by abrasive sand or grit blasting to ISO 8501-1 Sa 2½ and correct all surface defects. Prime within 1–2 hours of completing surface preparation. Mix components A and B at a ratio of 7 : 1. Surface temperature must be at least 3 °C above the dew point; do not apply on wet or damp surfaces.
