Genpoly Acr PM Topcoat
2K · Aliphatic polyurethane · High solids
High-solids gloss acrylic polyurethane topcoat cured with aliphatic isocyanate.
A two-component, high-solids, gloss aliphatic polyurethane topcoat based on acrylic polyurethane resin and cured with aliphatic isocyanate. With 60% volume solids it builds a higher film thickness in fewer coats.

Применение и нанесение
ОБЛАСТИ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ
Used on structural steel, storage tanks, the external metal and plastic surfaces of pipes and chemical plant structures.
ПОДГОТОВКА ПОВЕРХНОСТИ И НАНЕСЕНИЕ
The surface must be clean and dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, rust, salts and any contamination that could reduce adhesion. Apply over a surface prepared with an epoxy primer or intermediate coat. Stir components A and B separately, combine them at the specified ratio and mix with a mechanical mixer until homogeneous. Surface temperature must be at least 3 °C above the dew point; do not apply on wet or damp surfaces.
